Any custom order is considered to be final sale & non-refundable. Once custom order is placed it is FINAL. Payment is to be collected at the time of order. No cancelations, returns or refunds for custom orders due to the fact that once I customize an item the majority of the time, it is not able to be resold to anyone else.  

Each item made by KBC is handmade personally by me, Savanah Minch. Because of human error & imperfection, there may be very slight variations, generally unnoticeable, that differ from a pictured item in the shop. Again, no KBC item is manufactured by a robot or machine, my own two hands are placing each transfer, stone & paint stroke, so there will be slight differences at times.

Although this is considered to be a permanent process, we do highly recommend that you follow care instructions. This includes NEVER putting your product in the dishwasher, this not only compromises the integrity of the ink, but also wrecks the vacuum seal in the tumblers.

All my shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. Come as is. I don't make changes to colors or shirt types. It is how I've chose to run my business and it just makes things easier. Please don't order and then email the changes you want made.

I am now putting into place a no cancellation policy and if you need to cancel there will be a restocking fee. I pay fees on each transaction and when you cancel I'm stuck with those fees. Just be mindful of this before placing any orders.
