Do you offer returns?
For certain specified items, yes, we do offer returns. All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. They must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free. All items that are not in their original condition will be refused or charged a 20-50% restocking fee.
Pebble art, metal art & wood signs are all final sale & non-returnable.
All items bought from a pop-up event location or show are considered to be final sale & non-returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
Due to a constantly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend ordering the new color/style immediately and then shipping the return back to us!
How will my money be refunded?
You will receive a return to your original form of payment. The refund will be issued after we receive and inspect your return. It can take up to 5-7 business days for you to see the credit on your type of payment.
Are any items final sale?
Sale or discounted items (including items purchased with a discount code) are a final sale.
Any custom ordered item is FINAL SALE.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a damaged item, notify us via e-mail or phone within two days and we will be glad to work to resolve the issue. Damage to items must be reported prior to wear, and the item must be returned with original tags intact on the garment.
Will my shipping fee be refunded? /Do I pay to ship my return back?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping fees, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do I have to ship my order back?
All items must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.
Can I return my items in person/at a show?
Items can be returned to us at a pop-up store location upon discussion. Returns will be handled directly from the site itself. Only items bought directly from kaibearcreations.com can be returned, all items bought from a pop-up event location or show are considered to be final sale & non-returnable.
Where do I ship my return?
An address will be provided upon return approval.

We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS Priority Shipping, UPS, FedEx Shipping and FedEx Smart Post.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package in 3-8 business days within the United States.
